April 9th - THIS IS THE 90 DAY RULE! after this date No One except the member may be on their horse. TURN YOUR LEASES INTO COUNTY OFFICE. 1) Two people who are not related may share a horse that is leased. 2) Any number of kids (members) that are directly related can share one horse.
